Feeling down in the dumps about your personal appearance? Want to do something about it? I suppose like everyone else you have tried and tried all of those so called diet fads that are out there. Most people know that they are overweight; they just do not know what to do about it. My realization hit when one of my children’s friends made fun of him by saying “Boy your mom sure is fat!” I realized that my weight did not just affect me; it affected my children as well!
