My personal impression of Web hosting pad.

When Web Hosting Pad first got started there were a lot of complaints about its ability to keep their servers up and running, but over the past few years they have increase their uptime percentage up to 99.9%. This has been received very well but many of their clients. Even during peak hours there has been very few in any noticed issues with their servers. They also spread their users over their servers so as not to overload any of them, which could lead to server downtime. Even though this site has a very low popularity is it not to say it cannot stand up against some of the bigger names in the webhosting industry. Even though a little known webhosting service, it just means they are less favorable compared to the better known sites.

Single user account with unlimited web hosting.

They offer basically the same type of hosting as many other popular sites. Some of these are unlimited bandwidth, disk storage and domain add-ons. One great thing about Web Hosting Pad is their price for this service, it is probably one of the cheapest one out there. Along with the price the ability to maintain all of your sites through one simple account is very beneficial to someone who likes to run multiple sites at one time.

Customer service levels.

When doing research in this site, we discovered that they had a very low level of customer turn over. This is due to the fact that when customer support is called the wait time is virtually none existent, which is very rare in the industry today. You would expect some sort of wait time especially during the peak hours. They do offer 24 hour support which is great for the web design that like to work at night or on the weekends. Their technical support representatives take their time to assist you in working out your issues compared to some sites that try to rush you through the system. Customer feedback seems to be very positive when it comes to the service levels of Web Hosting Pad. I have noticed that there are a lot of good comments about their ability to resolve problems and maintain their server uptime.

User control panel.

Web Hosting Pad currently used the latest version of Cpanel. This version of Cpanel includes several great add-ons, which include a site building tool. Their site building tool, offers an over abundance of royalty frees images, which several other sites do not offer. Another control panel that they offer is Fantastico, which has a lot of scripts and software for a person’s webhosting needs.

Email and databases supported.

Web Hosting Pad offers unlimited POP and IMAP email, as well as email forwarding and auto responders. This is a great benefit for any user who likes to have different email address for each of their sites but have all of the emails sent to one central email for them to access. They also give you unlimited MySQL dates for users to have on their sites.
